The waterproof food thermometer is engineered for professionals who require precise temperature measurements in food safety, food preparation, and laboratory environments. It handles a broad temperature range from –50 to 300°C (–58 to 572°F) and features a 3-1/2” long piercing stainless steel probe for use with liquids and semi-solids. Use the included metal clip for easy probe height adjustment—ideal for use with beakers, cylinders, or vats.
