These professional IR thermometers are specifically designed for demanding applications with a high distance-to-target ratio, enhanced temperature range, and heavy-duty design. Plus, the NIST-traceable precalibration means you get reliable measurements right out of the box, saving you time and money!
While most IR thermometers require the user to be to within 8 to 12 inches or even less to get an accurate reading, these IR thermometers with high distance-to-target size ratios allow accurate measurements even from far distance. Dual targeting lasers give a more precise indication of the measurement area.
Both models feature Min/Max/Avg and Hold readings, temperature differential, high/low alarms, °F/°C selectable units, adjustable emissivity, trigger lock for scanning, large backlight LCD, USB interface, and auto power-off. Store up to 100 readings and easily download to a computer for analysis using the USB connection.
Traceable® Products come with an individually numbered Traceable® Certificate provided with each unit, assuring accuracy from our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (1750.01) calibration laboratory, accredited by A2LA. The certificate indicates traceability of measurements to the SI units through NIST or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMIs) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Agreement. Every Traceable® product undergoes an intense vetting process before it can carry the Traceable name, saving you both time and money by eliminating the need for separate calibration.
