More About This Item
This single-input RTD thermometer ensures linear response and high accuracy across the entire range. Meter features a splashproof membrane keypad, Memory and Hold functions, an internal data logger that captures the Min/Max temperature every hour for a 24-hour period, and °F/°C selection. The fast-response general-purpose penetration probe (included) displays even the slightest temperature change instantly. Readings are updated three times a second.
Store up to 50 temperature measurements with the min/max temperature measurement for the past 24-hours period. The internal memory can be downloaded into a computer using optional software 90080-21 for analysis. The meter features a splash-proof membrane keypad to provide years of reliable service even in severe environments. A high-contrast 1/2″-high LCD makes the thermometer easy to read in all types of light.
Traceable® Products come with an individually numbered Traceable® Certificate provided with each unit, assuring accuracy from our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (1750.01) calibration laboratory, accredited by A2LA. The certificate indicates traceability of measurements to the SI units through NIST or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMIs) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Agreement. Every Traceable® product undergoes an intense vetting process before it can carry the Traceable name, saving you both time and money by eliminating the need for separate calibration.
Guaranteed to have at least one year of calibration remaining on certificate.

Needs accessory probe for use in oven
the previous version of this item (37804-07) came with a heat resistant probe that can be placed inside a 180 C oven without melting, which you can’t do with probe that comes with 31804-06 making it useless for us. The supposed temperature range assumes you just put the tip in the material or location being tested and hold on to the handle with your fingers. Fortunately, the old heat resistant probe can be purchased separately as EW-37804-09 but to use it, you would need to purchase it with the meter and have them calibrated as a system, which we did. In that configuration it is identical in peformance to the specs (and the specs for the previous system.) The meter for 37804-06 and 37804-07 is identical and you can use either probe with either meter. So if you are replacing one, buy the one that actually works across the whole temperature range!
